skin is by bathing in a full body bath
with an infusion, decoction, or
aromatherapy oil added to the water.
Antiseptic bath: To aid infective skin disorders try Lavender,
Peppermint, Thyme.
Calming bath: Due to whatever reason try Lemon balm, Valerian.
Circulation bath: To aid circulatory problems try Cayenne, Ginger,
Rosemary, Thyme, Yarrow.
Cleansing bath: Especially for oily skin try Lemongrass, Lovage,
Yarrow
Feverish Conditions: Try Cayenne, Ginger, Yarrow.
